For medical expenses for injuries from any one accident not covered by other insurance (after $100 deductible). Family plan covers you and all of your dependents.

24 hours a day, everywhere you go. Family membership covers all family members.

CRITICAL ILLNESS COVERAGE*    
Pays a lump sum if diagnosed with a specified life threatening critical illness, including cancer, heart attack, kidney failure, stroke, and coma. Primary member and spouse, if applicable.
Waiting periods and pre-existing condition limitations apply. Not available in WA, OR, NY, CT.
