For medical expenses for injuries from any one accident not covered by other insurance (after $250 deductible). Family plan covers you and all of your dependents.

Pays monthly benefit up to 12 months for disability
due to accident, after an elimination period of 90 days. Primary member only.

24 hours a day, everywhere you go. Family membership covers all family members.

CRITICAL ILLNESS COVERAGE*    
Pays a lump sum if diagnosed with a specified life threatening critical illness, including cancer, heart attack, kidney failure, stroke, and coma. Primary member and spouse, if applicable.
Waiting periods and pre-existing condition limitations apply. Not available in WA, OR, NY, CT.
